January 2009 <\/i>\u2013 Assistant Professor Kathleen Caron, PhD, has been awarded the American Heart Association\u2019s National Established Investigator Award! This five year award \u201csupports mid-term investigators with unusual promise who have demonstrated a commitment to the cardiovascular or cerebrovascular science area as indicated by prior publication history and accomplishments.\u201d Only 17 Awards were made this year.
