CFAR OCE Manager Alicia Diggs attended the 6th <\/span><\/span>HIV Is Not a Crime National Training Academy (HINAC)<\/span><\/span> brought together advocates, policy leaders, and people living with HIV (PLHIV) to advance justice through decriminalization, healing, and empowerment. Held biennially, HINAC uplifts PLHIV leadership while addressing HIV criminalization, mass incarceration, racism, and broader social injustice. Alicia is t<\/span>he <\/span>Co-Chair of the North Carolina Host Committee\u2014alongside Judith Montenegro of Latinos in the Deep South\u2014it was an incredible honor to help organize and welcome attendees to our home state.
