December 16, 2020 – Lauren Brinkley-Rubinstein, PhD, UNC CHER Core Faculty, and colleagues from Yale University and Columbia University have released a white paper on “Recommendations for Prioritization and Distribution of COVID-19 Vaccine in Prisons and Jails.” The paper discusses 4 recommendations by the authors on how states can craft and strategize a vaccine distribution and implementation plan for correctional facilities, and challenges faced by implementing strategies for correctional institutions.
