Lia Garman serves as an Evaluation Research Assistant for the RADx-UP (Rapid Acceleration of Diagnostics – Underserved Populations) program at CHER, as well as on the Abacus Evaluation Team. She recently completed her MPH at UNC in the Department of Maternal and Child Health, where she provided research and evaluation support to the Clinical Scholars and ACOG leadership development programs, and worked to advance health equity in Title X service provision through the Family Planning National Training Center. Her previous roles involved reproductive health research, provider training and advocacy. She received her BA from UNC in Anthropology.
