\nAspects was developed by the UNC-CH Child Medical Evaluation Program.<\/p>\n

\nCounty Department of Social Services in the areas of CPS Intake, Assessments, CPS Occasional
\nOn-Call, CPS In-Home Services, Child Placement including Independent Living (LINKS), Foster
\nHome Licensing, or Adoptions and individuals or agencies contracting with a County DSS to
\nprovide any of the above services.\u00a0 (This does not include staff from private foster care\/adoption
\nagencies or private residential care agencies.)<\/p>\n
\nwithin the first year of employment.\u00a0 Therefore, it is recommended for employees with less than
\none year of child welfare experience.<\/p>\n
