LuAn joined UNC Health Care in May 2016 from WakeMed Health & Hospitals where she worked as a Manager in Outpatient Rehab. LuAn’s background also includes serving as a Director for a physician-owned therapy clinic, and clinical experience at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. A North Carolina native, LuAn earned a master’s degree from the University of Southern California and a graduate certificate in Healthcare Corporate Compliance from George Washington University. LuAn is certified in healthcare compliance (CHC) and healthcare privacy compliance (CHPC) in addition to holding the CPC-A credential.
