DESCRIPTION:Presenter: Zhengwu Zhang \nTalk Title: “Recent progress on analyzing brain imaging data” \nAbstract:  This is a brief talk on our recent progress on acquiring\, representing\, and analyzing brain imaging data. I’d like to briefly introduce brain connectomes and formulate several interesting statistical problems to illustrate my research interests. Briefly\, you will see shape analysis\, optimal experimental design\, connectome extraction and representation\, and graph-data analysis using advanced machine learning techniques in the talk. Each topic will be brief\, and I will mainly discuss why and how we formulate these problems.
