Dr. Brunk leads a systems genomics lab that integrates single-cell technologies and artificial intelligence to study how cancer cells rapidly adapt their DNA. Her groundbreaking research focuses on identifying and targeting these genetic adaptations to enhance patient treatment responses and develop more durable cancer therapies.
