Christopher\u2019s background is at the intersection of computational biology, human genetics and RNA neurobiology, focusing on elucidating the pathogenic mechanisms that connect genetic risk to psychiatric disorders. Christopher also holds a research interest in health conditions that intersect with the endocrine system.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining the Simons Foundation, Christopher was a postdoctoral researcher in the laboratory of Dr. Robert Darnell at Rockefeller University and the New York Genome Center. He completed his Ph.D. training at Princeton University with Dr. Olga Troyanskaya.
