Our service offerings include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Immunoassays &amp; plate reading (ELISA &amp; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.luminexcorp.com\/xmap-technology\/\">bead-based multiplex<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>High-throughput qPCR (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fluidigm.com\/products\/biomark-hd-system\">Fluidigm BioMark HD<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>Single-cell Genomics (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fluidigm.com\/products\/c1-system\">Fluidigm C1<\/a>, droplet-based RNASeq)<\/li>\n<li>Single-cell Protein Detection &amp; Quantification (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.proteinsimple.com\/milo.html\">Protein Simple Milo<\/a>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The AA Core also provides ancillary FACS isolation, sequencing, and data analysis services as part of our \u201cturn-key\u201d solutions to your genomics and proteomics needs. The Milo platform measures expression of multiple proteins across 1,000+ single cells in just 4-6 hours. Milo captures cells on a novel \u201cscWest chip&#8221; (Fig. 1), performs SDS-PAGE, and immobilizes proteins prior to antibody probing and fluorescence imaging. Loaded chips can be stored, stripped, and re-probed multiple times within a 9-month period. Milo is a powerful tool both alone and in combination with the Core\u2019s other single cell genomics services (Fig. 2).
