Dr. Zhang is an Associate Professor in the Department of Environmental Sciences and Engineering in the Gillings School of Global Public Health. In his own research, Zhenfa integrates synthetic chemistry and analytical techniques into many areas of research in environmental sciences in order to understand the chemical reactions behind the transformation of organic pollutants in living bodies and environments<\/div>\n<div class=\"col-lg-6 col-md-12 col-xs-12 col-sm-12 oscitas-bootstrap-container\">\nThe <a href=\"https:\/\/www.med.unc.edu\/cellbiophysio\/research-facilities\/hic\/\">Hooker Imaging Core<\/a> welcomed <strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Wendy Salmon<\/span><\/strong> as the new core director in September!
