(Katy Warner, DOT)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Congratulations to Dr. Ralph House, Associate Chair for Research in the Department of Chemistry in the College of Arts and Sciences, on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unc.edu\/posts\/2023\/11\/06\/governors-award-honors-chemists-global-service\/\">receiving the 2023 Governor&#8217;s Award for Excellence for his work with Chemists Without Borders<\/a>!<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;House received the Human Relations award for his numerous global contributions through his voluntary role as vice president for research and development at Chemists Without Borders, a public benefit, international humanitarian organization.
