Held monthly, these\u00a0peer-to-peer mentoring<\/strong>\u00a0discussions will be an opportunity to learn from one another and to identify new ideas or approaches to situations you may face within your roles.<\/p>\n

Similar to an informal mentoring program, these small-group conversations are an opportunity to leverage the diverse experiences and abilities within the ABRF Community.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Balancing cost recovery with the need to be cutting edge<\/em><\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Authorship and tracking publications<\/em><\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Training<\/em><\/p>\n

The specific number and\u00a0 topics discussed during the\u00a0Peer Mentoring Conversations<\/strong>\u00a0will be determined by the participants. Everyone will have the opportunity to move among topics based on their interests and the value they receive from the discussions.<\/p>\n
