Dear SOM Clinical Research Community,
A primary objective of the SOM CRSO is to understand the needs of the clinical research workforce and develop resources, tools, and broad initiatives to support personnel and operations. One key source of information that enables us to understand experiences and perspectives of the clinical research workforce is responses from the annual SOM Staff Satisfaction Survey. The survey responses from the past two years have helped inform various CRSO initiatives including launching a Personnel Profile and Training System (PaTS), development of a comprehensive career development initiative for clinical research staff, and the creation of several distinct tools and resources. We are asking all SOM clinical research staff engaged in human subjects research to complete this survey again to ensure future initiatives are shaped by your experiences and opinions.
The survey will be open for responses until March 8th, 2023 and should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.
