To support and empower clinical research personnel in conducting safe, efficient, and high-quality clinical research, the CRSO is developing a series of self-assessment tools. Self-assessments can be utilized to proactively discover strengths and areas for improvement of clinical research activities at any timepoint during a study or in preparation for a monitoring visit or audit.

The self-assessments are provided in a fillable PDF format to allow users to enter information electronically into the form using Adobe Acrobat Reader. Alternatively, print a copy of the form and fill out by hand.
