to align our entities across the state (i.e., hospitals, practices, UNC School of Medicine) so every teammate feels valued and recognized at our organization.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"largeFont\">The COVID-19 pandemic arrived in 2020 just as we were beginning to roll out initiatives to promote our \u201csystemness,\u201d but our teammates ended up living these new values and putting them into action as we cared for our teammates, patients and communities during an unprecedented time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"largeFont\">In 2024, we created the organizational culture &amp; change team to promote and expand on ONE UNC
