A short campus walking tour will depart from The Carolina Inn at 5:30 p.m. and conclude at the venue for the Welcome Reception.

The Welcome Reception will be held at The Blue Zone, which is located within Kenan Memorial Stadium on the UNC campus not far from The Carolina Inn. Drinks and heavy hors d’oeuvres will be served.

For those not taking the campus tour, The Blue Zone is a 15-minute (.4 mile) walk from The Carolina Inn via campus paths.

We are also able to charter a shuttle from The Carolina Inn to The Blue Zone – be sure to request this option during registration if desired.

If you’ll be driving to The Blue Zone, please indicate this on the registration form and we’ll get in touch to arrange parking.

We understand some people may need to depart early for travel – please let us know during registration if you won’t be able to attend the closing lunch. RDU Airport is approximately 30 minutes away from The Carolina Inn.
