CASTLE has been helping deaf and hard of hearing children learn to listen and talk since 1993. We provide services to children and families in North Carolina and across the country. We train professionals across the world to help children with hearing loss learn to speak. CASTLE is a school, a training program, a therapy center, and family support program. Hearing services are provided down the hall at CCCDP.
