This online workshop is designed to target the phoneme level of the Auditory Learning Guide. The agenda includes information on typical babble development, speech acoustics, and why and how we do speech babble. This is a practical workshop and there will be assignments based on the presented information to turn in at the completion of the online portion for credit. If you are not currently doing speech babble, it allows you to start immediately when you return or fine tune your skills if you are already engaging in this with your current population. The workshop is appropriate for early interventionists, speech-language pathologists, teachers of the deaf, audiologists or parents of children who are deaf or hard of hearing.
