Each year, we will send you renewal information.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\nFor Professionals:<\/span>
\nPhysicians, audiologists, speech pathologists, and other professionals are welcome to contact us with questions about who qualifies or what the program covers. We encourage referrals for any patient who cannot get needed hearing technology or services due to financial limitations.<\/p>\nOnce a patient is approved and evaluated by CCCDP staff, their regular audiologist will order the devices. For hearing aid patients, the devices will be sent directly to the audiologist, who will then fit them and provide follow-up care.<\/p>\n
