A North Carolina native, she graduated from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor\u2019s degrees in Biology and Exercise and Sport Science. She has a background in laboratory medicine and dermatology where she previously worked as a medical assistant.<\/p>\n<p>Having had facial paralysis herself, Carter understands the challenges patients go through when dealing with facial aesthetic treatments. She loves being part of a team that offers cutting edge treatments to patients in the southeast region.
