This will be accomplished in a friendly, noncompetitive atmosphere that will stimulate all residents to become committed to excellence in an academic or community practice.<\/p>\n<p>In the pursuit of this mission, we will maintain a stimulating and fulfilling environment of education. Residents are provided with formal evaluations on a biannual basis in meetings with the Program Director, as well as written evaluation summaries on a quarterly basis (at the end of each rotation block).
