With media reports indicating that COVID is on the rise in the Southeast, we want to assure you during this difficult time, that\u00a0we remain available to help you.\u00a0<\/strong> We have instituted extraordinary changes to all our clinics and operating rooms that provide\u00a0industry-leading protection<\/strong>\u00a0to our patients, as well as to our doctors and our staff.\u00a0<\/p>\n

BE ASSURED THAT YOUR PATIENTS COMING TO THEIR UNC EAR, NOSE, AND THROAT CLINIC VISIT WILL BE SAFE!<\/strong><\/p>\n

We also have availability of video visits which can also be used in selected situations as well. So please, do not delay your patient’s care!\u00a0<\/p>\n

Appointments can be made by contacting our clinics at (984)974-0000 for head and neck or (984) 974-6484 for all other appointments. If you are a provider outside of the UNC Health System, <\/strong>you are also able to contact us through\u00a0the\u00a0UNC Carelink<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0portal. Please note: you will be prompted to create your Carelink account prior to accessing the system.<\/span><\/p>\n

For patients\u00a0with tumors or cancers of the head and neck<\/strong>, our team is\u00a0prioritizing diagnoses for work up and treatment<\/strong>\u00a0during the pandemic\u00a0without delays<\/strong>. The N.C. Cancer Hospital has also implemented changes to help ensure patient safety. Please click\u00a0here<\/a>\u00a0to learn more about these changes.<\/p>\n
