FAQulty Forum: Demystifying Post Tenure Review

October 29 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

The FALD FAQulty Forum is a quarterly virtual session designed to help faculty stay informed about the SOM Appointment, Promotion, and Tenure (APT) process. Each session highlights questions that may have arisen since the previous quarter, shares important policy or process updates, and provides dedicated time for faculty to ask questions directly to APT experts. Rather than covering every aspect of APT, each forum focuses on timely issues, recurring challenges, and practical guidance that faculty can immediately apply throughout the academic year.

Learning Objectives:

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  1. Identify recent APT updates, policy changes, and important deadlines.
  2. Locate key APT resources and consultation services.
  3. Ask questions and receive real-time guidance from APT experts.

Target Audience: All SOM faculty
