DESCRIPTION:This workshop introduces participants to the Relational Leadership framework and explores relational feedback as a means to build psychological safety and leadership skills. It emphasizes the importance of relational communication\, and awareness of one’s own and others’ perspectives\, cultural lenses\, and lived experience.
