Her research interests include team dynamics and adaptation\, negotiations\, team leadership\, and mindsets in the workplace. She has published her research in the Journal of Applied Psychology\, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes\, Personnel Psychology\, Academy of Management Discoveries\, the Journal of Business Ethics\, Leadership Quarterly\, Group Dynamics: Theory\, Research\, and Practice\, and in the book The Psychology of Negotiations in the 21st Century Workplace. She is a recipient of the Poets and Quants 2022 50 Best Undergraduate Professors award and a Teaching All-Star in the Full-time MBA Program. \nProfessor Christian completed her bachelor’s degree at Tulane University and her PhD in management and organizations at the University of Arizona. \n\n

Please mention if you prefer the sample to be anonymous. \nSpeaker\n \nWilliam (Bill) Miller\, MD\, PhD\, MPH is a Research Professor in the Department of Epidemiology\, Gillings School of Global Public Health at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Miller is an infectious disease epidemiologist trained as an infectious diseases physician. His research has focused on HIV\, sexually transmitted infections\, and substance use. He serves as editor-in-chief for the journal Sexually Transmitted Diseases and associate editor for Epidemiology. He serves on the boards for ISSTDR and ASTDA and is the president-elect of the Society for Epidemiologic Research. Bill has taught scientific writing for over 20 years\, including global writing workshops in Germany\, Malawi\, China\, and Vietnam.
