SUMMARY:New Faculty Orientation
DESCRIPTION:The Office of Faculty Affairs & Leadership Development invites you to our annual New Faculty Orientation on October 24th from 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM at the Carolina Club\, Alumni I. Register here to attend.  \n All faculty with a start date of October 30\, 2018 and those who did not attend last year’s session are highly encouraged to attend. \nThe goal of the orientation is to provide new faculty with an overview of the institution and to help launch a successful career at the UNC School of Medicine. The half-day orientation covers topics essential to all new faculty\, and it features the opportunity to meet with other faculty and leaders from across the School of Medicine and Health Care System. \nPlease note that this is different than the Office of Human Resources orientation as our session does not cover new hire paperwork\, benefits\, etc. Instead\, our aim is to connect you with key resources and points of contact. \nPlease contact Morgan Resnick-Kahle at morgan_resnick-kahle@med.unc.edu with any questions or concerns.
