This will be accomplished through the introduction of leadership content, group activities, skills practice, and interaction with leaders at each of the levels listed above. The 2026 &#8211; 2027 LTAM sessions will be hosted 8:30 &#8211; 11:30 am on Monday&#8217;s, every 2 weeks from August to April with additional sessions for program kick off and wrap up. Please see the full schedule below.<\/p>\n<p>Program Objectives include:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Defining new, individual goals for current and future career phases.<\/li>\n<li>Building relationships with colleagues across the School of Medicine.<\/li>\n<li>Communicating more effectively; with greater curiosity, clarity, and compassion.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating outside of participants\u2019 individual scope\/specialty\/subspecialty.<\/li>\n<li>Leading with an awareness of the various perspectives within a system.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"row  oscitas-bootstrap-container\">\n<div class=\"col-lg-6 col-md-12 col-xs-12 col-sm-12 oscitas-bootstrap-container\">\n<h2>Application Information<\/h2>\n<p>We are now accepting applications from <strong>both associate and full professors<\/strong> for the LTAM 2026\/27 cohort. <strong>The application deadline is April 1st, 2026<\/strong>.
