In addition to the in-person sessions, fellows must participate in online sessions.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The institutional action project (IAP) provides each fellow an opportunity to expand their leadership skills and institutional visibility through an initiative that meets an organizational goal or need.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Nomination Process<\/h2>\n<p>Acceptance into each program is determined through a competitive selection process.
