This program, offered on-site at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health in Boston, Massachusetts, brings together chairs of major clinical departments in teaching hospitals for two weeks of intensive and systematic study of the critical leadership and management issues facing chairs, their departments, and teaching hospitals.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Program Curriculum and Experience<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

The program dates are typically the last week of January through the first week of February. Classes and discussion groups are scheduled six days a week. Preparation for classes averages six hours a day. Participants are required to free themselves of personal and professional obligations for the duration of the program so they can fully participate in the educational experience.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
