This program, offered on-site\u00a0at the\u00a0Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health\u00a0in Boston, Massachusetts,\u00a0brings together chairs of major clinical departments in teaching hospitals for two weeks of intensive and systematic study of the critical leadership and management issues facing chairs, their departments, and teaching hospitals.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Program Curriculum and Experience<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

The program dates are typically the last week of January through the first week of February.\u00a0Classes and discussion groups are\u00a0scheduled\u00a0six days a week. Preparation for classes averages six hours a day. Participants\u00a0are required to\u00a0free themselves\u00a0of\u00a0personal and professional obligations for the duration of the program so they can fully\u00a0participate\u00a0in the educational experience.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
