We were considering White Fragility <\/em>for a Fall Book Club when we learned the SNMA had chosen it for their Summer Book Club for 1st<\/sup> and 4th<\/sup> year students. And, voila! . . . We are delighted and grateful to accept the SNMA\u2019s gracious offer of collaboration!<\/p>\n

We stand to gain much from our own reading, reflection, and discussion of this stimulating, important, timely, and relatively easy read (technically!).<\/p>\n

We hope you can also join us for the (optional) joint session with students<\/u><\/em>,<\/u><\/strong> focusing on discussion of how this vital topic and book might inform the process and content of medical education.<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s make the effort to commune with our wonderful students and share the lead in a robust beginning <\/em>to tackle\u00a0racism in medicine!<\/strong><\/p>\n
