Over the course of the last six weeks, have you had a moment where you feel like the tidal waves are rolling in with a certainty that they are going to crash with a foamy vengeance over your head? Or have you been stranded on the shore, held back by an inability to take action due to one reason or another?<\/p>\n

In some states residents are being called to do more than they ever have, while in others they are being sent home from their clinical rotations.<\/p>\n

In some cases students are being graduated early to work on the frontlines, and in others clinical training has come to a halt.<\/p>\n

It is important as a student or a resident to know that however the COVID-19 Pandemic is affecting you, that there is a space for you to process your current experience.<\/p>\n

We want to create a space for trainees to come together and give voice to the struggles, the responsibilities and the hopeful moments that you have faced through the COVID-19 pandemic. Together, we can build a community to share our stories and learn from one another.<\/p>\n
