Save the date! NHRMC in collaboration with UNC-Chapel Hill School of Medicine Academy of Educators presents virtual Interdisciplinary Grand Rounds “Inclusive Virtual Teaching: Keeping Your Learners Engaged” with Dr. Erin Malloy on July 17th, 12:00 PM EST<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

As a result of this activity, participants will be able to:<\/div>\n
\n
    \n
  1. Develop a more nuanced understanding of what limits student engagement in remote learning<\/li>\n
  2. Create an inclusive learning environment when teaching and learning is remote<\/li>\n
  3. Use technology to promote student engagement using asynchronous and synchronous methods.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n

    This event is open to all, but tailored for the faculty and residents (OB\/GYN, Internal Medicine, General Surgery, and Family Medicine) of New Hanover Regional Medical Center. Please note that this session has been offered (tailored to UNC-CH faculty and residents) previously on April 30th, 2020.<\/p>\n
