These resources include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Taking Care of Our Own program<\/li>\n<li>Licensing of the Mayo Clinic designed Well Being Index tool<\/li>\n<li>Funding for programming including lectures and trainings around wellness promoting activities<\/li>\n<li>The Integrated Emotional Support Program<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Integrated Emotional Support Program is available to healthcare professionals at UNC Hospitals who provide direct patient care, or those who make decisions that directly impact patient outcomes.\u00a0 The program offers a variety of webinars and workshops, which can be found\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.med.unc.edu\/psych\/wellness-initiatives\/integrated-emotional-support-program\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.med.unc.edu\/psych\/files\/2018\/08\/iesp-brochure.pdf\">The Integrated Emotional Support Program<\/a>\u00a0is designed to connect healthcare professionals with emotional support resources after adverse patient outcomes.
