She teaches Leading and Managing, Negotiations, and Groups and Teams in the undergraduate program, full-time MBA program,\u00a0 and Executive MBA program. Her research interests include team dynamics and adaptation, negotiations, team leadership, and mindsets in the workplace. She has published her research in the Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Personnel Psychology, Academy of Management Discoveries, the Journal of Business Ethics, Leadership Quarterly, Group Dynamics: Theory, Research, and Practice, and in the book The Psychology of Negotiations in the 21st Century Workplace.
