This session will offer practical guidance from HR along with faculty-informed perspectives to help participants better understand retirement planning within the academic environment. Attendees will gain insight into key considerations, available resources, and lessons learned. While relevant at any stage of the faculty career lifecycle, this session is especially valuable for UNC School of Medicine faculty considering full retirement, phased retirement, and other retirement transitions.<\/p>\n
