Program Description:<\/strong> Leaders develop and build skills by increasing self-awareness and understanding how to adapt to others\u2019 differences. This seminar will offer an introduction to further develop how to effectively build relationships by reviewing Emotional Intelligence (EQ); Covey\u2019s 7 Habits of Effective Leaders.<\/p>\n

Leadership EQ and Covey\u2019s 7 Habits Learning Objectives:<\/strong>
\n– Begin to understand the model of EQ (Emotional Intelligence)
\n– Learn to apply a few key practices to enhance your EQ
\n– Gain an overview of Steven Covey\u2019s 7 Habits of Effective Leaders
\n– Determine one or two habits to focus upon and continue your development<\/p>\n
