Biographical Information

Ann Lefebvre is an Associate Director of the NC Area Health Education Centers Program (NC AHEC) and the Director of Practice Support Services, which provides practice coaching to more than 1400 community-based practices across North Carolina. In her role, she oversees all statewide initiatives to support the advancement of quality improvement, health information technology, and patient centered medical homes throughout the NC AHEC program.

Ann received her Master of Social Work (MSW) from East Carolina University and has almost 20 years experience in the field of quality improvement. She is a Certified Professional of Healthcare Quality, as well as a Black Belt in LEAN Six Sigma.
