Yedlinsky, MD, CAQSM, FAAFP, FACSM, RMSK"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dr. Nicole T. Yedlinsky is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine with a subcertification in sports medicine. She is registered in musculoskeletal ultrasonography. She earned her medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine and completed her residency at Womack Army Medical Center. She completed a fellowship in sports medicine at Virginia Commonwealth University, Fairfax Family Practice as part of the National Capital Sports Medicine Consortium. Dr. Yedlinsky is an Associate Professor in the Department of Family Medicine and Community Health. She practices primary care, sports medicine, and obstetrics. She is the program director for the KUMC Sports Medicine Fellowship and a core faculty member for the Family Medicine Residency program.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Yedlinsky developed POCUS training for FM residents that is now incorporated with emergency medicine residents as a multi-day course teaching all POCUS applications. She is one of the original core faculty for the STFM POCUS Educator\u2019s Certificate Program, developing the curriculum to train faculty to serve as their program\u2019s POCUS champion. She served as Vice-President and Secretary for the AAFP POCUS Member Interest Group. She was a founding member of the University of Kansas School of Medicine POCUS Curriculum Committee, which developed and implemented a POCUS curriculum for medical students in the preclinical years.
