In her role, she oversees all statewide initiatives to support the advancement of quality improvement, health information technology, and patient centered medical homes throughout the NC AHEC program.<\/p>\n<p>Ann received her Master of Social Work (MSW) from East Carolina University and has almost 20 years experience in the field of quality improvement.
