He completed an internship in Family Medicine at Naval Hospital Jacksonville in Jacksonville, FL. After internship, he served three years as a flight surgeon in the US Navy and was deployed throughout Asia and Europe. He is currently interested in exploring factors related to electronic cigarette use.
