\nApplications for the 2026-2027 academic year are being accepted through October 1, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\nApplications must be submitted through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS<\/a>), which participates in the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP<\/a>) Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship match process.<\/p>\nWe accept applications from physicians with primary specialty training in:<\/p>\n
\n- Family Medicine<\/li>\n
- Internal Medicine<\/li>\n
- Internal Medicine\/Pediatrics<\/li>\n
- Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Only complete applications will be considered. A complete application includes:<\/p>\n
\n- Curriculum Vitae<\/li>\n
- 2 Letters of Recommendation<\/li>\n
- Official Copy of your Medical School Transcript<\/li>\n
- Medical School Performance Evaluation (MSPE, often referred to as a \u201cDean\u2019s Letter\u201d)<\/li>\n
- Letter of Good Standing stating expected completion of residency from the Program Director\n
\n- A third Letter of Recommendation can be substituted for the Letter of Good Standing if residency has been completed prior to applying to fellowship<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Virtual interviews will be conducted by invitation only in October and November.<\/p>\n
