Purchasing Card Policy
Purchasing Cards (or pCards as they are commonly called) are a wonderful tool that allows departments to quickly respond to user needs for supplies and other items.
The UNC Pcard handbook should be carefully read by all managers and Pcard users; the manager and user are responsible for adherence to these policies.
