iQue Screener PLUS workshop

The UNC Flow Cytometry Core invites users and interested investigators to learn more about the Intellicyt iQue Screener PLUS This is a high through put flow cytometer capable of running 96 and 384-well rapid screening (about 5 minutes per 96-well plate).

This is a 3-laser (violet, blue, yellow-green) high throughput flow cytometer capable of detecting up to 13 colors of fluorescence.

An introduction to the instrument and training on the ForeCyt software will be held in Room 2004 Marsico Hall on Wednesday February 22. This class is open to all interested investigators.

• Morning: Introduction and basics
• Lunch: Advanced applications/ ForeCyt software
• Afternoon: Instrument demo/running samples
