The software available on the Analysis computers includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>FlowJo: Log on using your own free to create <a href=\"https:\/\/cloud.flowjo.com\/\">FlowJo portal license<\/a><\/li>\n<li>FCS Express 7: See the <a href=\"https:\/\/uncch.ilab.agilent.com\/service_center\/3267\/?tab=equipment\"> iLabs<\/a> calendar for login instructions<\/li>\n<li>IDEAS (ImageStream analysis package)<\/li>\n<li>ModFit 6 (cell cycle analysis package)<\/li>\n<li>SpectroFlo (Cytek Aurora analysis package)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For details on Remote access see the <a href=\"https:\/\/uncch.ilab.agilent.com\/service_center\/3267\/?tab=equipment\"> iLabs<\/a> calendar or contact Flow Core Staff.<\/p>\n<h2>Freeware Online<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/floreada.io\/\">Floreada.io <\/a>&#8211; Easy-to- learn interface for lightweight flow analysis. Robust features that include clustering and dimensionality reduction algorithms.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.r-project.org\/\">R: The R Project for Statistical Computing<\/a> &#8211; For the adventurer who&#8217;d like to structure more transparency and automation into their analysis pipelines. There are robust flow cytometry analysis packages available and a wealth of resources on the internet. Request a <a href=\"https:\/\/uncch.ilab.agilent.com\/sc\/3267\/unc-flow-cytometry-core-facility\/?tab=services\">consult <\/a>with staff if interested and now sure where to begin.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.biolegend.com\/en-gb\/cytoscribe\">CytoScribe\u2122 Software<\/a> &#8211; Hosted by BioLegend (Revvity). Needs an account to begin, has tiered access. The free version is robust and includes clustering and dimensionality reduction algorithms.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Analysis Software Site Licenses<\/h2>\n<p>The UNC Flow core manages Site Licenses for <strong>FlowJo<\/strong> and <strong>FCSExpress<\/strong>.\u00a0 To request a seat on the site license please submit a <a href=\"https:\/\/uncch.ilab.agilent.com\/service_center\/3267\/?tab=services\">Data Analysis Software License Request<\/a> through the UNC Flow Core&#8217;s iLabs website.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000\">Installation instructions:\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>FlowJo for UNC investigators:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/uncch.ilab.agilent.com\/service_center\/3267\/?tab=services\">Request a FlowJo license through the UNC Flow Core&#8217;s iLabs website<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>You will then receive an email from the core with instructions for how to set-up your personal FlowJo Portal account &#8211; <strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.med.unc.edu\/flowcytometry\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/1450\/2019\/05\/Portal-User-Instructions.pdf\">FlowJo Portal Instructions<\/a>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>DOWNLOAD: <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.flowjo.com\">Download a current version of FlowJo<\/a>. Make sure to choose \u201c<strong>Stand Alone<\/strong>\u201d when prompted.<\/li>\n<li><strong>CONFIGURE<\/strong>: Run FCS Express.
