{"id":2338,"date":"2015-05-28T17:55:00","date_gmt":"2015-05-28T21:55:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.med.unc.edu\/flowcytometry\/event\/ique-screener-software-training\/"},"modified":"2018-06-18T16:24:35","modified_gmt":"2018-06-18T20:24:35","slug":"ique-screener-software-training","status":"publish","type":"tribe_events","link":"https:\/\/www.med.unc.edu\/flowcytometry\/event\/ique-screener-software-training\/","title":{"rendered":"iQue Screener PLUS workshop"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>The UNC Flow Cytometry Core invites users and interested investigators to learn more about the Intellicyt iQue Screener PLUS This is a high through put flow cytometer capable of running 96 and 384-well rapid screening (about 5 minutes per 96-well plate).<\/p>\n<p>This is a 3-laser (violet, blue, yellow-green) high throughput flow cytometer capable of detecting up to 13 colors of fluorescence. <\/p>\n<p>An introduction to the instrument and training on the ForeCyt software will be held in Room 2004 Marsico Hall on Wednesday February 22.
