Please contact the Director for pricing information.<\/i><\/p>\n<div>\n<h2>Clariom S Expression Peg Plates:<\/h2>\n<p>One sample goes on one peg array. This service includes sample preparation which involves a cDNA reaction, an IVT reaction to linearly amplify and label the RNA and clean up of the sample. This is followed by hybridization, washing and scanning of the array with basic data analysis using Expression Console software. In addition, a copy of all files will always be stored here at the facility. Each plate consists of 96 arrays. The investigator is to provide the Axiom 2.0 reagent kit, peg plate and DNA samples.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.med.unc.edu\/functionalgenomics\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/707\/2020\/10\/Axiom_Whole_Genome_Mapping_Arrays_Submission_Sheet_Row_Format.xls\">Axiom Whole Genome Mapping Arrays Submission Sheet &#8211; Row Format<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.med.unc.edu\/functionalgenomics\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/707\/2020\/10\/Axiom_Whole_Genome_Mapping_Arrays_Submission_Sheet_Column_Format.xls\">Axiom Whole Genome Mapping Arrays Submission Sheet &#8211; Column Format<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Expression 3\u2019 IVT Arrays:<\/h2>\n<p>One sample goes on one array. This service includes sample preparation which involves a cDNA reaction, an IVT reaction to linearly amplify and label the RNA and clean up of the sample. This is followed by hybridization, washing and scanning of the array with basic data analysis using Expression Console software. In addition, a copy of all files will always be stored here at the facility. The investigator is to provide the cartridge array.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.med.unc.edu\/functionalgenomics\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/707\/2020\/10\/Expression_3_IVT_Arrays_Submission_Sheet.xls\">3&#8242; IVT Expression Arrays Submission Sheet<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>CytoScan or OncoScan Arrays:<\/h2>\n<p>Sample preparation, hybridization wash and scan of the array. The Cystoscan array is a copy number array which which detects chromosomal aberrations. High quality genomic DNA is required for the assay. The OncoScan array is also a copy number array that can be used with FFPE-derived DNA.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.med.unc.edu\/functionalgenomics\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/707\/2020\/10\/CytoScan_Array_Submission_Sheet.xls\">CytoScan Array Submission Sheet<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.med.unc.edu\/functionalgenomics\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/707\/2020\/10\/OncoScan_Array_Submission_Sheet.xls\">OncoScan Array Submission Sheet<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>SNP 6.0 Mapping Arrays:<\/h2>\n<p>Service includes hybridization, washing and scanning of a SNP genotyping array. The investigator is expected to provide the facility with a prepared hybridization cocktail ready to be put on an array along with the arrays.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.med.unc.edu\/functionalgenomics\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/707\/2020\/10\/Array_Hyb_Wash_Scan_Submission_Sheet.xls\">Whole Genome Mapping Arrays Submission Sheet<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Gene Regulation Arrays:<\/h2>\n<p>Per array for hybridization, washing and scanning of a gene regulation array. The investigator is expected to provide the facility with a prepared hybridization cocktail ready to be put on an array. GeneChip\u00ae Tiling Arrays are the most comprehensive array tools available for discovering novel RNA transcripts or mapping sites of protein\/DNA interaction in chromatin immunoprecipitation experiments.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.med.unc.edu\/functionalgenomics\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/707\/2020\/10\/Array_Hyb_Wash_Scan_Submission_Sheet.xls\">Gene Regulation Arrays Submission Sheet<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Services offered by the Functional Genomics Core are listed below.
