Directions to Research Laboratories

  1. Take Exit 273-B (Hwy 54) towards Chapel Hill
  2. Continue on Hwy 54 (Raleigh Road) to 15-501 By-Pass
  3. Take second entrance ramp (after underpass) to head south on 15-501 (Fordham Drive)
  4. Turn Right at the Manning Drive Light
  5. Turn Left at the East Drive Light
  6. To park turn Right into the Dogwood Visitor’s Parking Deck (first parking deck entrance on your right)
  7. Walk out of the deck facing UNC Hospital and turn left to walk along Manning Drive toward Columbia
  8. Thurston Bowles will be on your left (an overhead bridge is connected to TB)
  9. Take elevator to 5th or 7th floor
  1. Take I-40 BR East/I-85 BR N
  2. I-40 BR E/I-85 BR N becomes I-40 E/I-85 N
  3. Merge onto NC-54 via Exit 273 towards Chapel Hill
  4. Stay straight to go on Raleigh Rd/NC-54 BR W. Continue to follow NC- 54 BR W. (1.5 mi)
  5. Turn slight left onto McCauley St. (0.1 mi)
  6. Turn left onto Pittsboro St. (0.2 mi)
  7. Turn left onto Manning Dr.
  8. Turn Right at the East Drive Light
  9. To park turn Right into the Dogwood Visitor’s Parking Deck (first parking deck entrance on your right)
  10. Walk out of the deck facing UNC Hospital and turn left to walk along Manning Drive toward Columbia
  11. Thurston Bowles will be on your left (an overhead bridge is connected to TB)
  12. Take elevator to 5th or 7th floor
  1. Follow I-85 to intersection with Hwy 15-501 South
  2. Follow 15-501 South towards Chapel Hill
  3. Once you get to Chapel Hill, the Hwy will divide
  4. Remain on 15-501 South (By-pass) bearing left, away from Franklin Street
  5. Continue on 15-501 South (Fordham Drive) to the Manning Drive Light
  6. Turn Right onto Manning Drive
  7. Turn Left at the East Drive Light
  8. To park turn Right into the Dogwood Visitor’s Parking Deck (first parking deck entrance on your right)
  9. Walk out of the deck facing UNC Hospital and turn left to walk along Manning Drive toward Columbia
  10. Thurston Bowles will be on your left (an overhead bridge is connected to TB)
  11. Take elevator to 5th or 7th floor
  1. Follow 15-501 North towards Chapel Hill
  2. Once you get to Chapel Hill, take the entrance to 15-501 By-Pass (Fordham Drive) from right lane
  3. Continue on 15-501 By-Pass North (Fordham Drive) to the Manning Drive Light
  4. Turn Left onto Manning Drive
  5. Turn Left at the East Drive Light
  6. To park turn Right into the Dogwood Visitor’s Parking Deck (first parking deck entrance on your right)
  7. Walk out of the deck facing UNC Hospital and turn left to walk along Manning Drive toward Columbia
  8. Thurston Bowles will be on your left (an overhead bridge is connected to TB)
  9. Take elevator to 5th or 7th floor
  1. Follow 54 East towards Chapel Hill
  2. 15-501 By-Pass will merge with Hwy 54 in Chapel Hill
  3. Continue on 15-501 By-Pass North (Fordham Drive) to the Manning Drive Light
  4. Turn Left onto Manning Drive
  5. Turn Left at the East Drive Light
  6. To park turn Right into the Dogwood Visitor’s Parking Deck (first parking deck entrance on your right)
  7. Walk out of the deck facing UNC Hospital and turn left to walk along Manning Drive toward Columbia
