The MiniMUGA v2 Background Analysis Report provides users with essential sample information derived from the MiniMUGA genotyping array and is provided with every sample genotyped.\u00a0 The UNC Systems Genetics group will continue to develop and support a pipeline to automatically generate a \u201csample report\u201d to be provided to the customers to complement the genotype
